Mid to later C18. Two storey, five window red brick front. Strings at cill levels, good modillion cornice. Slate roof; one box dormer. Sash windows with key blocks. Later sashes with glazing bars missing. Central first floor window has stone architrave, projecting voussoirs to head, and flat stone balustrade below cill. Doorway has voluted console brackets supporting modillion cornice. Fanlight; wrought iron scraper. Late C18 to early C19 area railings; uprights with spear-shaped finials; standards with urn finials.

St Swithin's Cottage, Outbuilding to South-west of Eastbury Hotel, Eastbury Hotel and Nos 1 and 2 Eastbury Cottages form a group.
