Late C18 to early to mid C19 front. Two storey, three window bay roughcast front; fenestration irregularly arranged. Stone cornice and parapet. Sash windows with glazing bars removed; lower windows wider and with stone architraves and keystones. Stone doorway with pilasters and entablature; six moulded and fielded panelled door; rectangular fanlight with rectangular tracery. Cement rendered lower addition on right hand site has plain tile gabled roof; two square modern sashes above, one large sash window with stone architrave and keystone to left hand below. To right hand, doorway with similar frame; six fielded and moulded panelled door; rectangular fanlight with rectangular tracery.

Premises occupied by Mr E J T Rogers, Congregational Chapel, Dwarf wall, railings and gates to Congregational Chapel, School room to south of Congregational Chapel, Cromwell, Belmont, Wistaria House and Dwarf walls and railings and Thorn Bank form a group.
