GV II

House, C16 with extensive later alterations. Timber-frame partially encased
in Flemish bond brickwork, part rendered and whitewashed. Thatched roof with
brick stacks to ends and left of centre. 2 storeys, 4 window range. Ground
floor openings have segmental brick heads. Casements with glazing bars, of
3-lights above and 2-lights below. Panelled door to right of range. Doorway
with chamfered 4-centred doorway to rear wall, probably reset.
Internally some chamfered ceiling beams and wall-plates are exposed.
