House. Early C19. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings.
C20 concrete tile roof. Stone gable end stack to rear. Three storeys, single
bay. Flush doorcase with bracketed stone hood over to south. Panelled door.
To north, below, original boot scraper set into wall. Over, a pair glazing
bar sashes with central square sectioned mullion between. Above, placed
centrally, glazing bar sash in flush surround. Similar, smaller one above
to eaves. Included for group value only.
