House, now shop and offices. Early C19, incorporating C17
work, with later alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond with
painted plinth courses. Tile roof behind high brick parapet
with painted stone coping; no visible stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2-window range of 2/2 sashes with painted
channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills. Ground floor:
leaded bracketed cornice; on left, shallow canted 5-light
bay-window with plate glazing, deep triangular mullions and
cornice; on right, entrance has architrave, overlight and
renewed glazed door; chamfered painted brick plinth.
INTERIOR: heavy-scantling spine-beam and exposed joists.
