House and Cottage. Early C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, quoins, coped north gable with moulded kneelers and brick ridge stacks. Two storeys, three bays, asymmetrical elevation, formerly with 2-light flush mullioned windows, now altered, with C19 casements, and at south end bay, refashioned openings with C19 surrounds, glazing bar sashes, and shallow fixed light to attic. C18 off-centre doorway to house part with massive quoins, lintel and six panelled door with upper two panels glazed, and inserted C19 doorway to cottage part with C20 glazed door. Blocked C18 attic lights to north gable.
