Sexton's house, presently gardener's store, and adjoining cob boundary wall.
Circa 1800. Volcanic rubble with slate roof; cob wall with tile capping on rubble
footings with pitched roof of pantiles and corrugated asbestos. Single room,
gabled each end with a stack in south gable. Arched door to left and 2-light
arched window with original glass, iron-casement and leading to right on west side,
and another identical window in north gable. Cob wall adjoining sound end forms
eastern boundary of churchyard.
