Cottage. 1755 by datestone. Painted stone rubble. Corrugated iron roof with gable
ends, brick ridge stack.
Small 2-room plan cottage, the right-hand room unheated, with integral 2-storey
outbuilding with rear access at left end and slated outshut to rear of right-hand
room.
2 storeys. 2-window range. Early C20 2-light casements, all 3 panes per light
except ground floor left which has 4 panes per light. Slate slab canopy over plank
door. Datestone above inscribed John Gubb 1755. Plank door to rear left end of the
integral outbuilding which is slightly cranked in relation to the main range.
Interior not inspected but appears to be largely unspoilt.
