Detached house. Circa 1830s. Brick (Flemish bond). Gabled end slate roof. End
stacks with brick shafts. Double-depth plan with room on either side of central
entrance hall. 2-storeys.
Front: 3-window range, symmetrical; all windows with C19 16-pane hornless sashes;
central doorway with panelled reveals, under canopy on shaped brackets; under semi-
circular barred fanlight. C20 3-light casement windows to right-hand end elevation.
