Large farmhouse. Early C19. Plastered walls, probably stone rubble; stone rubble
or brick stacks with C19 brick chimneyshafts; slate roof.
Plan: double depth house facing south. There is a front and rear room either side
of the central entrance hall and stairs. Stacks in the end walls.
2 storeys.
Exterior: symmetrical 3-window front of tall 12-pane sashes. Central front doorway
contains a part-glazed 4-panel door with an overlight behind a plain flat-roofed
porch with circular-section posts ( a replacement of the original). Plain eaves and
roof is hipped each end. The windows around the house are similar 12-pane sashes.
Interior: not inspected but early C19 joinery and other detail is suspected.
