Pair of yellow brick late Regency houses with bow windows on ground floor having
3 pilasters and 2 sashes with glazing bars forming 8 squares each, moulded
cornice and entablature with flat lead roof to bow. Box sash windows over
bows with flat arches to blind windows over front doors, doorways have semi-circular
arches. Plastered in fanlight area. A plaque MELROSE VILLAS 1892 probably
refers to when the chimney stacks were rebuilt. Parapet and slate roof behind.
