Butter well. Mid C19. Brick and random rubble, obscured with vegetation at time of
survey (December 1987). Plan: single cell, square. About 2m high, square-headed plank
door, hinges terminating in heart shapes. Interior plastered with white clay or render,
flat granite roof slabs, one broken, slate shelves on three sides, about 500cms from
water level.
