Terrace of 3 houses, numbered right to left, described left to
right. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with slate roof, red brick
party-wall and left end stacks and wrought-iron porches.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 6 first-floor windows (2 per house). 6/6
sashes where original, blind window to first floor, 4th
opening; all with sills and in plain reveals, windows to right
have voussoir arches. C20 doors with overlights. Low parapet
and copings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: tent porches have ornate scrolled
uprights with openwork friezes and tent roofs.
An exceptionally well-preserved artisan row, notable in
particular for the retention of all the iron porches (a once
common but now rare feature on smaller houses in Cheltenham).
