Link building between No.1 (qv) and Belgrave House (qv), now
wine bar, with attached railings. c1820-1850 with later
alterations. Stucco over brick with ashlar dressings and
concealed roof.
EXTERIOR: single storey on basement, 1:2:1 windows (the
right-hand window is part of low wing to left and is blind).
Segmental arcade on pilasters over windows. 6/6 sash, then 2
tripartite windows with 6/6 between 1/1 sashes, with segmental
heads. Band over ground floor, cornice and low parapet with
balustrade. Entrance: double C20 doors in tooled architrave
and with corbel brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead railings to left abut pier to
Belgrave House (qv).
