Pair of houses, now office and house. 1851. Yellow stock
bricks in Flemish bond. Welsh slate hipped roof, brick stack
to left, centre and to right. 2 storeys and basement, 6 bays.
On left within second bay 5 stone steps approach a 3 moulded
panelled door with overlight set under flat gauged brick arch.
To left is one and to right are four 4-pane sashes each set
under gauged brick arches. First floor has 6 similar sashes.
On return to right facing Queens Crescent is a 1-storey flat
roofed entrance porch with round-arched brick opening,
recessed 4 panelled door with architrave, brick dentil bead
cornice and stone coped parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
