Cottage. Probably early-mid C19, renovated circa 1980. Exposed local stone rubble
with larger Beerstone quoins; stone rubble stack and chimneyshaft; thatch roof,
slate to service extension.
Plan: 2-room plan cottage facing south-south-west, say south. The stack is in the
left (west) gable-end. Secondary single storey service room on the right end. 2
storeys.
Exterior: irregular 3-window front of circa 1980 casements with glazing bars and
there is a fourth similar window in the extension. The front doorway is at the left
end and contains a C20 part-glazed door and circa 1980 thatch-roofed porch on plain
timber posts. The main roof is hipped to right and gable-ended to left, and the
extension is gable-ended.
