3 storeys, red brick house with main axis at right angles to road. Built circa
1770, but so much altered in Queen Anne style in 1889 that little original character
remains. Modillion cornice, lunetter windows at back. Stone quoins, painted keystones.
The entrance is of the Jacobean Baroque type with clock over. Curvd screen walls
with piers and ball finials. Venetian windows. Sundial. Hipped slate roof. Interior
has one Rococo fireplace.
