1893 by G H Fellowes Prynne in a free Early English style. Built of grey stone with
yellow stone dressings and a tiled roof. Comprising nave, north and aisles, no
clerestory, double south transepts with apse on east side, and south porch. Geometric
tracery and lancets. Large five-light east window with geometric tracery. West end
with group of three tall two-light window over a gabled partico.
Interior: five-bay arcades, the piers with marble shafts and moulded capitals.
Chancel arch with clusters of similar marble shafts, the responds on corbels with
carved angels. Boarded wagon roof.
Furnishings: Carved stone reredos. Stone and wrought iron screen. Pulpit with
wrought iron and brasswork. Modern seating.
