House, formerly 2 cottages. Early to mid C18. Red brick, asbestos tile
roof. 2 storeys. 4 bays. Originally 2 identical cottages with entrances
to left. 3 light ground floor casement to right under cambered head and
2 light casements to first floor, timber sills. Entrance to left
blocked, now a 2 light casement. Pilaster buttresses between bays and at
ends. Stack to right of centre on rear pitch. Left gable end external
stack with offsets. Tile hanging to right gable end. 2 storey and 1
storey extensions to rear. Interior: clasped purlin roof and exposed
timbers.
