Aisled barn and attached sheds. C18. Timber frame on brick base.
Weatherboarded. Corrugated sheet roofing rounded over ridge. 4 bays with
a single aisle to rear. Second bay from house is open to yard, window in
left end. Interior: jowled posts with arched braces to tie beams and
arcade plate, angled struts to principals, collars clasp purlins,
tension braces and studding in walling. Attached to right end is a 3 bay
cart shed, open to front, steeply pitched corrugated sheet roof. Jowled
posts with arched braces to wall plate and tie beams, clasped purlin
roof. Further to right and yet lower are 3 bays of former cow sheds, now
piggeries, doors to yard, steeply pitched corrugated sheet roofing.
