House. Mid to late C18 with early C19 alterations and early C18 rear range.
Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Windows have tripartite
sashes with vertical glazing bars and horns, single sash above entrance.
Central entrance has half-glazed door and flat-roofed trellis porch. Gable-end
stacks. Left return has 2 gables that to 2-bay rear range is steeper. Range
has sashed windows with thick glazing bars. Rear has later outshut and 2 sashes
with thick glazing bars to return of range. Interior of front range has
fielded-panel partition wall with dado rail; room has similar panelling, the
dado rail in short lengths; one wall has fluted flat pilasters and round-headed
cupboards flanking fireplace. Stair has turned balusters, ramped handrail and
open string.
