Barn. Late C16, roof altered in C19. Timber frame on red brick
sill with steep pitched roof now of corrugated iron but with
battens spaced for pantiles. A 3-bay tall barn facing E with an
original small aisle at the rear of the central bay, now extended
to flanking bays. Double doors in middle facing E into entrance
yard. Jowled posts with curved braces to the tie-beams, and
curved tension bracing in the walls. Mid-height rail. Queen-
post original roof reduced in pitch in C19.
