Designed by Sir Ernest Newton, in 1907. A symmetrical composition of 2 storeys,
rough rendered with tiled roof with 3 groups of stacks, the outer flues diagonally-set.
The ends project with gables with carved bargeboards and a circular motif in cement.
These end sections have 2-storey shallow bay windows with wood mullions to casements
which have leaded lights. The centre section has 3 windows of 4 lights to the
first floor. The ground floor has 2 outer windows of 4 lights and 2 inner circular
windows. A segmental pedimented porch with Roman Ionic capitals to plain columns.
Half-glazed door with leaded flanking lights. Now converted to flats.
