Early Cl9. Former farmhouse. Used for a time as the New Town hostel. Two storeys,
rendered, with hipped Welsh slate roof with one brick stack. Gabled centre projects
with one window, above the plain door. The left side has one window above one
of 3 lights. The right hand section has one modern larger window and one original
window above one window. There is a small addition in the angle with the gable.
Brick and rendered plinth. The interior has been altered and new additions built
recently, the corner of the original building to the south-east being cut.
