Gate lodge, C18. Painted brick with flint dressings and with thatched roof.
One storey and attic with flint plinth and flint rusticated quoins and
brick dogtooth cornice to hipped roof with central stack. Projecting central
hipped porch with flanking round headed wooden casements and central boarded
door with semi-circular fanlight. Semi-circular headed window openings on
return elevations. All the openings with rusticated flint surrounds. Formerly
a gate lodge to Fredville Park.
