Farmhouse. Mid-C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations. Handmade brick,
two-span plain tiled roofs with large brick stack in valley. Two storeys,
attic and cellar with dentilled eaves cornice. Three bays; windows are all
3-light C20 casements with cambered heads, the central first floor window
being narrower than the other windows; central entrance has a flat canopy,
pilasters with fret detail, a 6-panelled door (two raised and fielded and
two glazed) and a transom light with decorative glazing bars. Attic lights
are blocked. Interior has back-to-back fireplaces (large fireplace retained
in rear range); open well staircase in central bay has turned balusters and
moulded handrail. C19 kitchen wing to rear left.
