Circa 1860-70 Italianate style. Two storeys in red brick with stone dressings.
Modillion eaves cornice and stone band, egg and dart cornice. Rusticated quoins
on ground floor. Two windows of 3 lights, paired, and one single segmental
head; stone surrounds with moulded shoulders; no glazing bars. Band between
storeys. Ground floor has 4 round-headed windows with rusticated heads with
keystones, glazing bars. Doorway to right in rectangular moulded surround with
cornice on consoles. Four steps. Section slightly set back to the left has
rusticated quoins and band between storeys. Carved oval plaque above a small
window.
