2/15 Knowles Mill Cottage

GV II

House. Late C18 with mid-C19 and some mid-C20 alterations. Random sand-
stone rubble, brick dressings, machine tile roof, gable end stack to right.
Two storeys, dentilled brick cornice; two windows: 2-light casement to left,
3-light to right; ground floor: 24-pane boxed sash under segmental head to
left, a 3-light casement under segmental head to right; central entrance
has wooden architrave under flat canopy with C20 ledged and boarded door.
