2 Houses. Late C18 or early C19. Roughcast stone with stone dressings and
hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Stone base and quoins, top frieze and
corbelled cornice. Windows are sashed with glazing bars. Entrance has doorcase
with Doric columns, frieze and cornice; 8-fielded panel door, 2 glazed. Left
return of 4 bays; 4th bay has painted blind windows. Ground floor has sashed
windows, with glazing bars and opening lights. 1st floor has sashed windows
with horns, that to 3rd bay has small-paned casement. Entrance to 3rd bay has
gabled canopy. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear of 2 bays, that to left recessed;
that to right has lean-to extension to return. Varied fenestration and return
entrance; 2nd bay lateral stack. Right return has cross-axial stack.
