Farmhouse, earlier C19 red brick with attached stable and barn range, part C19
red brick, part C18 timber-frame and red brick. House 2 storey with low pitch
slate gabled roof. Regular 3-window front with brick dentilled eaves. Cambered
head openings to windows, rubbed brick to ground floor. Small pane casements,
with top lights to ground floor windows. Central door with gauged brick flat
head and 6-pane overlight. Stable and barn range attached at West side and
gable ended to North and South. South end timber-framed with exposed queen
post tie beam and collar truss in gable. North end, adjacent to house, C19
brick with 2 cambered head triple casements with leaded lights and 2 doors with
gauged brick flat heads. Brick facing continued on West side of timber-framed
range, arched head stable door and 2 lunette windows with glazing bars.
Interior of this range has inserted floor.
