Farmhouse. c1600 with later additions and alterations. Timber-framed
with rendered infill, sandstone plinth, part brick and part sandstone
later additions, C20 tiled roof, later brick stack. Three framed bays
aligned south-west/north-east facing south-east. North-east gable end
stack, central entrance, later parallel range to rear with further lean-
to. Two storeys; south-east front, three casement windows, 3-light windows
flanking central 2-light window, similar 3-light windows flank large con-
temporary gabled porch with baluster shaped pilasters, scrolled brackets
and moulded lintel, ledged door. Framing: largely complete, four square
panels from sill to wall-plate, angle bracing to wall-plate.
