Farmhouse, now house. C17, altered C19, C20 additions and alterations.
Timber-framed with rendered C20 infill, replaced brick plinth, sandstone
rubble extension to north, slate roofs. Three framed bays aligned north/
south with stone addition (formerly granary) to north and C20 added wing
to west, now broadly forming T-plan, present entrance in northern framed
bay and further entrance in former granary, rebuilt brick stack at south
gable end. Two storeys (roof heightened), four windows, irregularly spaced
and paired to south, 2-light C20 glazing bar casement windows with similar
arrangement to ground floor, half-glazed door to north. Former granary
with shuttered window and ledged door. Framing largely complete with
original trusses enclosed within later roof, though cut at apex, originally
three square panels from sill to wall-plate, now four.
