C18. Sandstone. 2 storeys and attic. Side onto rood, 4 windows, 12-pane
sashes, shallow timber lintels, sills. South side irregular composition,
sashes with glazing bars, 2 bay windows with battlemented parapets, 2 gabled
dormers. Doorway with rusticated stone architrave. Hipped slate roof.

Clairville House and Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Webbe's Almshouses form
a group.
