Cottage. C17 with latter extension at north (former service) end 3 unit plan with
former crosspassage. 2 storeys. Slate and flint rubble partly rendered above plinth
level on front and sides. Corrugated iron roof with central rendered stack. Modern
windows and doors. Roof meets 3 jointed cruck trusses (side pegged) and threaded
purlins. 2 brigand fireplaces with stone jambs and timber lintels to joint parlour
and hall / kitchen. Plank and mullion partition between former passage and dairy
at north end.
