House, C18 and early C19. Timber framed and plastered in 2 ranges, With further
single storey stable/coach house range at rear surrounding yard. Front roof
has slate on front slope and peg tiles on rear and rear range is all of peg
tiles. First floor has 2 double hung sashes with moulded surrounds and small
panes, over 2 similar ground floor windows and central, simple door surround.
Rear range is 'jettied' at rear, where there is a circular window and double
hung sash on the first floor. The SE flank wall is of painted brick. Internal
inspection reveals a 1 storey and attics, gambrel roofed cottage, subsequently
raised in early C19.
