Former lodge to Murley Grange. Probably late C19, contemporary with Murley Grange
which was demolished in 1987. Stuccoed, probably stone rubble ; hipped slate roof ;
central stack with round shaft.
Plan: Approximately square on plan presumably 4 rooms round the central stack.
Exterior: single-storey. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central front door, left and
right casement windows with square-headed hoodmoulds ; similar windows on right
return, rear left addition.
Interior: Not inspected.
Group value with Nos 1 and 2 West Town Cottages.
