Barn, formerly belonging to Lustleigh rectory. Probably C17 or C18; the 1838 tithe
map shows a building in this position. Granite rubble with corrugated-iron roof; a
hip has been converted to a gable at the south-west end. 1 storey. The building
has been reconstructed more than once: the rear wall, which is significantly
thicker than the front wall, has been heightened.
