Farmhouse. Circa late C17/early C18 with C20 modernisation. Rendered rubble walls.
Slate roof gabled to right and hipped to left end. 3 rendered rubble stacks, one
projecting lateral stack at rear, one at right gable end and one at left end rising
from the eaves.
Originally 3-room and cross passage plan with stairs at rear of passage in slight
projection. Hall heated by rear lateral stack, inner room by gable end stack.
Stack to lower, left-hand, room probably inserted.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of circa early C20 3-light casements with
glazing bars on first floor, later C20 on ground floor without glazing bars. C20
gabled and glazed porch to left of centre with part glazed door. At right-hand end
is another plank door under leanto porch.
Interior: several 2-fielded panel doors survive. Dog-leg staircase at rear of
passage has stick balusters at the top. Roof space not inspected.
