Local bridge over the River Teign. Early C19. Granite ashlar with rusticated
granite piers. Single-span bridge with parapets and a wide segmental arch springing
from rusticated piers, pilasters at either end have sunk panels and are crowned with
pyramidal caps. A deep hollow-chamfered string course is carried round as a cornice
to the pilasters.
A handsome road bridge with a high quality finish to the masonry.
