Hotel. Early C18. Coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings, partly rendered.
Slate roof with a brick ridge stack and four brick and stone gable end stacks.
Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Angle quoins and plinth. L-plan, two
storeys. East elevation of five bays and two bay return front. Central doorway with stone surround with a canted bay window to the left, and a glazing bar sash, and two glazing bar sashes to the right, all with dressed stone surrounds. Five glazing bar sashes above with stone surrounds, the central window with boldly projecting hoodmould. Three gabled dormer windows above. Return front has a stone doorcase with pilasters and pediment, and a small glazing bar sash, and two glazing bar sashes above, with stone coped parapet above that. All the sashes with plain stone surrounds.
