Circa 1870. Red brick with black engineering brick bands; tiled roof; 3
storeyed gabled facade 4 bays wide, that on the left canted backwards and
with only 2 windows, the upper on a lunette. The rest of the facade more
or less symmetrically arranged with central raised double doors beneath
big porch, 2 segment-headed windows and a single similar window. The left
return also essentially symmetrical with lunettes in the top floor and the
weatherboarded jettied hoist house centrally placed in the roof. All windows
with iron glazing bars.
