Farmhouse. c1840. Painted brick with painted stone dressings
and hipped slate roof with projecting eaves and two brick ridge
stacks. Two storeys, four bays, that to south polygonal. This
southern bay has a central four centred arched doorcase with
double glazed doors and Y-traceried fanlight. To either side
blank angled walls and beyond, facing east and west, 3-light,
diamond paned, casement windows with pointed lights. Similar
3-light window above to angled walls and a central single light
window, also with pointed head. West elevation has three
similar 2-light windows, with diamond paned casements, plus a
pointed doorcase to south with Gothic panelled door. Above,
three similar windows to those below.
