Shop premises. Circa 1860s or 1870s remodelling of earlier building. Faced in red brick with moulded white brick dressings; roughcast at rear. Pantile roof with gabled ends and moulded brick eaves course.
PLAN: Small shop on ground floor with entrance on left and accommodation above.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, attic and cellar. Asymmetrical 2-bay west front with thin white brick nail-head string courses and guilloche friezes; cambered brick window and doorway openings with moulded brick arrises; ground floor small 3-light shop window and flush panel door on left with overlight; 1- and 2-light sashes on first floor with stone cills; small, but wide, raking dormer with small 4-pane casements and tile-hanging between. Rear east elevation is roughcast and has 12-pane sash window on first floor.
INTERIOR not inspected.
