Early/Mid C19, 3 storeys and basement. Symmetrical pair. Ground floor
rusticated stucco, upper part brick with stone cornice and blocking course.
4 windows. Two windows on 1st floor have moulded stucco surrounds with
cornice. 2 doors centrally grouped with Tuscan stucco surround at top
of flight of steps. Panelled doors with rectangular lights over. Iron
railings. Roof not visible.
Nos 1, 3, 4 to 12 (even) and St Peter's Theatre form a group.
