C18 refronting of older buildings. C16-17 work at back is visible in
College Street. 3 storeys. Colourwashed brick, old tile roof. 5 windows
(1 blocked). Pair of doors in centre with contemporary steps and plain
surrounds and moulded cornice. Six-panel doors with two glazed panels.
No 1 has C19 sash windows, No 2 has sashes with glazing bars. No 1 has
a Venetian window with interlaced head first floor rear. Band at first
floor level. Part tile hung at rear. parapet.
Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group with the Kingsgate.
