Manor house. Early C18, remodelled C19. Brick, rendered incised lines, old plain
tile roof. 2 storeys on cellar, 4 bay front, with parallel range rear, and lower
bay at right set back one bay with C19 double pile wing to rear and right. On
plinth with terrace in front and 3 steps up to central door, early C19 top glazed
with narrow side panes, and panelled reveal to doorcase with fluted columns topped
by brackets supporting pediment. Close set either side 2 C19 12-pane sashes and
at either end a C19 20-pane sash. 1st floor string course, and 4 C19 16-pane sashes.
White painted moulded timber eaves cornice with modillions. Roof hipped with stacks
behind ridge, towards either end. Right bay has 2 C19 casements with 2 small sashes
above, and lower, but similar, eaves to hipped roof.
