Cottage. C18, altered C19. Brick, thatched roof. 2 bay, 11/2 storey, and C19 wing to rear with C20 additions. C19 door in segmental head at right end, C19 3-light casement in centre with head of earlier opening above, C20 glazed door in segmental head to left and C19 2-light casement in segmental gauged brick arch at left end. Above windows 2 eyebrow dormers with C19 2-light casements built on wall-plate. Roof half-hipped, with stack on right hip and stack to rear wall at junction with wing.
