Farmhouse, now 3 dwellings. Mid C18, altered C19 and C20. Brick rendered to
front, part painted, old plain tile roof, slate roof to later part. 2 storey,
L-shaped, 4 bay front, with 4 bay lower wing to rear along The Quomp, with taller
C19 bay added to its end. Front has 6-panel top-lit door under open fronted
square-plan rendered brick porch. Over door and in other bays 4-pane flush frame
sashes, except for french windows in LH bay. Offset eaves. Gable wall to RH end
with stack and ridge stack between LH bays. Roof hipped to LH. Wing along The
Quomp consists of block opening in end of front range. No 45 beside of 2 bays has
central C19 half-glazed door and fanlight. Each side small sash. Rendered arches
to all openings. On 1st floor 2 large C20 casements. No 43 of 2 bays and added
C19 bay is painted. C19 4-panel door between bays. 8-pane sash on both floors in
one bay, high set casement in other. C19 bay has 5-Panel door, 2-light casement
beside and tall 2-light casement over. Stack at each end of original wing.
