House with surgery attached. C18 with early C19 house added. Brick part pebbledashed, part plain tile and part slate roofs. Two storey, link bay and three bay early C19, added to left hand of two storey, four bay C18 building with later wing now surgery to rear. Front has to C19 part central C19 glazed timber porch, inside six-panel door. Twelve-pane sashes except sixteen-pane in link. C18 part has two or three-light casements. Stacks each end of link bay.
