Farmhouse. Circa 1885 for ATT Peterson. Mass concrete built in "lifts" painted
slate roof. 2 storey 2 pile, 2 bay. Front has between piles square plan rounded
roof porch with cambered head opening to front. Five 12-pane sashes. Moulded
timber bargeboards. Stacks at centre of ridges of both piles. Presumably built
on part of the Arnewood estate of ATT Peterson, who pioneered concrete construction,
(see descriptions of other buildings).
